ANNUAL GENERAL MEETING
Notice is hereby given that the Annual General Meeting for 2017 will be held in the Clubhouse on Tuesday 5th December 2017 commencing at 7pm.
Please be advised that:
Notices of Motion for the AGM must be submitted in writing to the undersigned one (1) month prior to the scheduled meeting – by close of business on Monday 6th November 2017.
Items for General Business at the AGM must be submitted in writing to the undersigned seven (7) days prior to the scheduled meeting – by close of business on Monday 27th November 2017.
Nomination Forms for members of the Management Committee are available from the Manager. Nominations close by 5.00pm Friday 1st December 2017

Some information about the Club’s Annual General Meetings:
The Annual Report for the 2016-17 financial year is being prepared, including Directors’ reports and the Audited Financial Statements for the year, to be presented to the AGM. It is expected that copies of the Annual Report will be available to members from the office closer to the meeting, and also be available for downloading from this web site.
The Management Committee comprises the positions of President, Treasurer, Captain, Course Director, Infrastructure & Development Director and Membership Director. The notice of meeting above invites nominations for these positions as prescribed in the Rules of the Club.
Note that in accordance with the Rules of the Club, financial Full and Mid-week Members are entitled to vote at the Annual General Meeting.
