Nomination Fee: MEN - $35
 WOMEN - $20 (includes lunch)

 

Women - 18 Holes Friday 24th June 2011;
Men - 36 Holes Saturday & Sunday 25th June & 26th June 2011

If Nominating by this form, Entry Fee MUST be paid by Credit Card.
Entries sent without Payment Details will NOT be accepted.
 It is planned to post the Draws for these Events on this web site:
for Friday (Women) by Wednesday morning, 21st June 2011,
and for Saturday (Round 1 - Men) by Thursday morning, 22nd June 2011.

Presentations for the Men's Events will be held on Sunday Evening at approximately 6:00 pm.
Competitors and guests are welcome to the Presentation Dinner. Table bookings not necessary
